The challenge
Home improvement and maintenance services are often fragmented across different contractors. A homeowner may need one provider for painting, another for aircon servicing, another for renovation, and separate specialists for plumbing, electrical work, CCTV, or flooring.
RJS Reno needed a digital platform that could clearly communicate a broad range of services without making the experience complicated. The challenge was to organize multiple trades, property types, pricing information, trust signals, and quotation flows into a website that feels simple, credible, and easy to use for homeowners across
How we approached it
We structured the RJS Reno experience around the questions homeowners naturally ask: what services are available, whether their property type is covered, why they should trust the contractor, how pricing works, and how quickly they can request a quotation.
Instead of treating each trade as a disconnected service, the website presents painting, aircon, renovation, plumbing, sanitary work, electrical services, CCTV installation, tiles, and flooring as part of one connected home-services ecosystem.
