Running an online business often means dealing with separate tools for products, orders, inventory, procurement, delivery, payments, customers, reporting, and storefront management. For small and growing businesses, that fragmentation creates unnecessary complexity and makes everyday operations harder to control.

Shoplagbe was created around a simple idea: give business owners one place where they can set up their store and manage the complete commerce workflow without depending on multiple disconnected systems.

We ran two weeks of discovery riding along with dispatchers before writing any code. That surfaced the real constraint: quotes were slow because pricing rules lived in one person's head.

We modelled those rules explicitly, then built the quoting engine around them. Dispatch and tracking followed naturally once pricing was deterministic.
